We’re open and transparent about how we approach Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.

Where a role is eligible for sponsorship and we decide to move forward, we will sponsor the role and issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) to support your application.

We typically sponsor visas for an initial three-year period, aligned to our growth plans and approach to long-term hiring. This does not reflect the nature of the role, all sponsored roles at Onetrace are permanent positions.

Candidates are responsible for submitting their own visa application and covering the standard application costs. In some circumstances, we may choose to cover the priority service fee to reduce uncertainty around timelines and enable better planning for both sides. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on business needs and timing.
