Business Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm [UK time]
We ask that you spend five days per week in the office during your onboarding period (typically around a month, but very much depends on the role you’re coming into). This is an exciting opportunity for you to immerse yourself in our culture, build relationships with your team and develop a deeper understanding of the bigger picture and our product. Being present during this foundational period enables you to listen, observe and really absorb the ins and outs of how we work at Onetrace.
After your onboarding period, if you benefit from a hybrid model, we’re happy to offer three days per week in the office and two days working from home.
While we value flexibility, we encourage team members to embrace these opportunities for growth and connection by making the most of their time in the office.
We understand that life happens. Once you’ve passed your probation period, we’re open to discussing more tailored arrangements if flexibility is something you value.
For team members with parenting responsibilities or unique circumstances, we’re always happy to have open conversations to find a way of working that supports both you and the team.
We have an ad-hoc work-from-home and remote work abroad policy to provide flexibility when you need it. This approach reflects our belief in balancing structure and flexibility, ensuring that every team member feels supported while embracing the collaborative, in-person dynamics that make Onetrace a great place to work.
