Teamtailor is the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) we use to manage our recruitment process. It helps us organise applications, communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure we handle information securely and consistently.
Using Teamtailor allows us to create a smooth, transparent, and efficient experience for every candidate who engages with Onetrace.
Teamtailor includes an integrated AI Co-Pilot feature that helps us improve the efficiency and accuracy of our interviews and hiring process.

Note-taking during interviews:
The Co-Pilot can join interview calls to automatically capture notes, ensuring the hiring team remains fully present in the conversation.
Call recording:
When the Co-Pilot is active, interviews will be recorded. This helps ensure our notes are accurate and that the process is fair and consistent.
Optional participation:
You can let us know at any time if you prefer the AI Co-Pilot not to join or if you do not want the interview to be recorded. We will happily accommodate your preference.

While we use AI tools to support us with admin tasks such as note-taking and organising information, we do not use AI to make hiring decisions.
All candidate assessments, interviews and final decisions are made by our team. AI helps us work more efficiently and stay organised, but it doesn’t decide who progresses or receives an offer.
Every part of the decision-making process is reviewed and carried out by our team to ensure fairness, accuracy, and a human-led approach.
